He recommended builders to use, the correct processes and procedures to follow, and even negotiated terms for us that we would have accepted without him. Along every step, he gave us his recommendations as to what would be safe as well as what would bring better resale. With those recommendations, he never got upset if we decided to do something different. He was always a phone call away and even sent us something in response to a lender's email when he said he was going to be away for a wedding on a weekend. (He thought ahead of time and set us up with a partner in case we wanted to see a house while he was gone for a couple of days). He always would think a step ahead.
